Sick & Vacation Policy

- Vacation: Employees receive 30 days of vacation each year. Please submit your vacation request at least four weeks before the schedule is posted to ensure adequate coverage.
- Sick Time: Hourly employees accrue sick time at a rate of 1.5 hours per 40‑hour work week. Salaried employees are allocated 180 hours of sick time per year. Use sick leave when you are ill or caring for an immediate family member.
